Essential Qualifications and Experience:

• For Direct Recruit:
  (a) Bachelors’ degree in Engineering/ Technology with 1st class in Electronics/ Electricals/ Electronics & Communications/ Telecommunications/ Computer Science/ Information Technology or Masters in Computer Applications with 1st class or M. Sc. with 1st class in Physics/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Applied Electronics/ Information Technology with 10 years experience.
  OR
  (b) Master Degree in Tech./ Engineering with 1st class in Electronics/ Electricals/ Electronics & Communications/ Telecommunications/ Computer Science with 08 years experience.
  OR
  (c) Ph.D. in Science/ Engineering in any of the above-mentioned disciplines /inter-disciplines along with qualification mentioned at (a) or (b) above with 05 years of experience.
  (d) Candidate possessing qualification as at (a) or (b) above followed by MBA/ Degree in Law would be eligible for two (2) years of relaxation inexperience.
• For Transfer (absorption):
  In the case of transfer (absorption), officers of the Central / State Government / PSUs / Autonomous Bodies:
  i) holding analogous post on a regular basis
  OR
  having 5 years of regular service in Level 11 (Rs. 67700-208700).
  AND
  ii) Possessing qualifications as prescribed for Direct Recruitment.

Selection Process

• The selection for the above posts shall be on an Interview basis. Received application by the last date of receipt of application shall be screened and the screened-in candidate shall be called for a Personal Interview. A candidate recommended by the Selection Committee shall offer appointment.
